My Review and Experiance With
4 STAR MARKETING AKA 4 STAR SALES AND MARKETING
A Message to Fellow Contractors
Legal Notice: Everything stated below is based entirely on my personal experience and opinion as a contractor who engaged with 4 Star Sales & Marketing. This content does not assert objective facts about the company’s business practices beyond what I personally encountered.
In My Experience:
-
I was promised up to a $150,000 ROI from a $5,000 investment. It sounded like a no-brainer. In my view, it was deeply misleading.
-
Their dashboard showed that my "guaranteed ROI agreement" has been "violated" because I had not accepted the 3rd lead in time (never got a text message and it came in on a Saturday.)
-
If you fail to log in and manually click “update” on your profile every 90 days, you forfeit the refund again. (This I was unaware of as it was burried in the fine print of the very long and complicated contract.
-
They wouldn't accept ACH, credit cards, or any other payment method that would allow me to dispute the charge. This was a red flag but I did not heed my gut.
-
The “leads” I received were not leads in any practical sense—they were completely unqualified and, in my opinion, worthless. Not only did I not get the volumn of leads I was told by the sales rep, the two leads I did get were the following: 1) Was not a homeowner 2) Told me I had the wrong phone number.
-
In my opinion, unless you have an attorney comb through their terms in advance, it's very easy to miss these hidden refund disqualifiers. I believe the system is structured in a way that quietly removes any chance of reimbursement.
My Conclusion:
Based on my experience, I believe this company has created a refund-resistant sales funnel that prioritizes contract loopholes over actual value. I did not receive a single viable lead. Not one.
My Personal Advice:
Their sales reps are polished, persuasive, and make bold promises about ROI. In my opinion, those promises were never close to being delivered — and the contract terms felt designed to make refunds virtually impossible.
In my personal view, this is not a lead generation company. It’s a high-pressure sales operation that, in my case, delivered no return — and offered no reasonable path to get my money back.
